Accommodation details

1. For Invited speakers: Accommodation will be provided at the IIT (BHU) Guest house: Gandhi Technology Alumni Centre (GTAC), IIT (BHU), Varanasi.


2. For Registered Participants: Accommodation shall be provided on campus on nominal twin-sharing basis at Hostels or the Guest house (upon availability). The charges are as follows:
   • Guest house: Rs. 500/- per day per person (Twin Sharing upon availability).
   • Hostel: Rs. 50/- per day per person (twin sharing).
   Payment for accommodation arranged at Guest house/hostels shall be done at the time of registration during the first day of the event. Otherwise, the participants are requested to arrange their own accommodation outside the campus. There are comfortable hotel rooms available nearby to the BHU campus.
